And If They Are Worth Reading

Full disclosure, I sometimes judge the book by its cover. Well, literally.

An intriguing title paired with aesthetically pleasing cover art often leads me to pick up a book, read its cover notes, and browse through its pages. But rarely do I buy a book solely because of its title.

But it does happen, sometimes.

If I’m already familiar with the author or have read their previous works, a catchy title is enough to pique my interest and make me buy and read a book. Admittedly, it’s not a guarantee that the book is worth reading. But it’s a beautiful risk a book lover is willing to take. And here are four books that made me do just that.
